Pei-Shan Chi(Scientific Assistant) studied library and information science at National Taiwan University, specializing in the area of bibliometrics. She has work experience in academic publishing, being familiar with electronic databases, especially citation databases that she had been responsible for. Pei-Shan Chi undertakes her PhD at the iFQ at the Competence Center for Bibliometrics. She joined the iFQ in May 2010.
